Katrin Nora Kober
Katrin Nora Kober graduated from a structural engineering college for color and design and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and the University of Applied Arts Vienna. A stay abroad took her to the National College of Art and Design Dublin. In her final thesis she dealt with misappropriation as an ambivalent strategy of resistance in the use and design of things.
Her work and research topics include the intersections of art and technology, liberal and applied arts, and art and the public sphere.
In addition to university teaching at Graz University of Technology and the University of Applied Arts Vienna, she is a tutor for digital fabrication techniques at Happy Lab Vienna as well as a lecturer on the topic of design and education throughout Austria.
