REHEARSALS II: RED. GREEN.

The course REHEARSALS II: RED. GREEN., thinks about space-time and the overlaps of living forms and their movements.

About relationships of scale and socio-environments.

Rehearsal refers to processes of living, that is, “life in rehearsal is its making.” It suggests the thickness and substance of life cycles over different durations.

Red and Green bring into focus certain relations: The proposal of red thinks away from capitalist economies and instead with thriving interdependencies; and green, with the environment as nourishment and in need of nurturing instead of a commodity.

Starting by collectively articulating why there is a need for a shift in perspective and asking: How is this shift in perception, this view, captured? Related. Depicted? What type of relations can be made among living forms for prosperous presents and futures? We will further formulate questions and positions mediated via exercises with sound, image, and moving images—moving away from representations (of nature, catastrophe…).
